Abstract :
In this paper, an automatic testing system developed for the calibration of the ac/dc transfer standards is presented. An accurate uncertainty analysis model for this system is fully discussed. Besides, the system is assessed in relation to its accuracy, efficiency and its capability to carry out full range calibration in a much less time period than that of manual operation.
