Abstract :
At present, controller design of industrial processes with long time-delay is still a difficult problem. Furthermore, the time-varying and nonlinear features, which enhance the difficulties, are often encountered in the processes. According to analyzing the characteristic of a human-simulated intelligent controller (HSIC), the schema of the HSIC is proposed to deal with the processes of long time-delay, moreover the control algorithms and the parameter setting algorithms of HSIC are given .Comparing to the optimal PID control, the simulation result is obtained that the HSIC has many advantages such as good robustness, high response, less overshoot. It is more effective in controlling of long time-delay processes than optical PID control.
