Abstract
Aiming at the performance degradation caused by random delays and packet loss in networked control system (NCS), the TrueTime toolbox is applied to establishing a simulation model of NCS wherein network delays and probability of packet loss are configurable. Fuzzy PID control technique is adopted, which is proved to be effective in obtaining better performance. The design process and simulation results are presented.
