Abstract :
Small-signal models for modulated-frequency boost AC-DC preregulators using the current injected equivalent circuit approach are presented. Implementations with and without input voltage feedforward are analyzed, considering three different types of load (resistive, constant power and constant current). Correlated transfer functions are obtained. The simulated results agree with predicted model-results, validating the transfer functions to be used in control loop design
