Abstract
In the growing market of digital broadcasting by satellite, CDMA techniques seem to be very promising. The nature of broadcasting is very suited for synchronous CDMA (S-CDMA) systems, where all signals are symbol and chip aligned. This paper deals with an analysis of channel estimation performance for S-CDMA systems in multipath channels. The analysis leads to a novel family of channel estimators
