Abstract :
A new thermal converter design for fast and accurate AC/DC transfer is realized by using thin-film dual heaters in isothermal configuration and aluminum thermoresistive temperature sensors deposited on a thin dielectric membrane. This design improves the signal to noise ratio of thermal converters which commonly use thin-film or thin wire thermocouples.
