Abstract :
The process of 3D animation production involves multi-role, multi-process collaboration, it is an urgent need to improve the development efficiency and quality of 3D animation product. Based on the in-depth analysis of main development process of 3D animation product, we research an instant collaborative development of 3D animation production, which supports information management of staff, enterprise instant messaging, visual management of fodders, project management, real-time tracking for task status, management and share of project development knowledge. Then, we present a system for instant collaborative development of 3D animation production, and analyze the key technology of the system implementation. The application of the system can foster the standardization of scientific management for 3D animation production, and also contribute to the accumulation and backup of creative fodder, as well as enhance the development efficiency and quality of the product.
