  • Abstract
    A novel three-position pressure testing system of seat gas spring was presented. Programmable logical controller (PLC) was applied as the main controller in this system to realize effectively location and control. Having rich man-machine interfaces of the host computer, the system can accomplish many functions, including parameter settings, pressure testing, data processing and display, reports printing and so on. The proposed system is powerful and easy to operate, which can meet the main technical specifications of seat gas spring manufacture.
