Abstract :
Evacuation model and algorithm in emergency are presented to deal with evacuation routes construction and network distribution in each network junctions in order to deliver the traffic flow in evacuation area to safe region rapidly and safely. The evacuation routes construction problem is formulated as a transshipment problem based on network flow theory. New algorithm is employed to construct evacuation routes and distribute traffic flow in junctions. The idea of feedback is introduced in the executing process by using real-time information to adjust and update the evacuation plan. The simulation result shows that the proposed model and algorithm can be effectively carried out in emergency evacuation.
