There was a lot of happen chance in society, to say nothing of the hazard and suddenness universally that existed in the folk´s living. We should work over the information searching methods for emergency logistics and lucubrate into the rules in decision system. If the open sources for emergency logistics could be adequately utilized and the soft control power of open information could be increased, the more advanced and efficient methods and measures would be put forward to cope with the incidents. The information platform of open source employed the intelligent searching techniques which turned up the interested contents and automatic extracting techniques that took out the wanted information. Furthermore, the peak decision-maker and manager in emergency logistics must carry out the strategic support of information searching in advance.
