Abstract :
An improved hierarchy model is established to evaluate servicing process. When the model is analyzed by analytical hierarchy process (AHP), the weighted coefficients influencing the evaluation and selection process are obtained. And a method to rectify the inconsistency judgment matrix is given, and the evaluation matrix is established by data envelopment analysis (DEA). The hierarchy structure model is implemented based on .NET, and the simulation credibility of this method is proved validity.
