Abstract
Planar circuits including arbitrarily magnetized ferrite layers are analyzed in this presentation. The mixed-potential integral equation (MPIE) in the space domain is used to achieve that goal. First, a method to numerically generate the appropriate Green´s functions from spectral domain counterparts is reported. These Green´s functions are then used in the frame of a MPIE scheme. Special details concerning the treatment of singular integrals appearing in the computation of the entries of the method of moments matrix are considered. The final result is a method to solve planar structures with ferrite layers that, when compared with previous spectral domain implementations, combines the numerical advantages of working with potentials as well as the flexibility for analyzing non-rectangular shape conductors
