A new electronic voting scheme based on improved DLP_proxy blind signature for its previous inherent weakness. The improved scheme can not only fit for a large -scale voting on Internet but also increase the security for its prevention of voting agency´s collusion to a certain degree with the application of the advantages of proxy blind signature thinking.
