The Design and Implementation of Internet Public Opinion Monitoring and Analyzing System

With the development of Internet and the increasing number of netizens, it is necessary to monitor and analyze internet public opinion for the government. Therfore, Internet public opinion monitoring and analyzing have become a hot issue in recent years. According to the features of Internet public opinion information, this paper presents a complete framework of the Internet public opinion monitoring and analyzing system. Finally, this paper describes the implementation of key technology used in this system. The system presented in this paper can help goverment to correctly monitor the sensitive public opinion and guide them.
