Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The paper first analyzes security threats in the current network of e-commerce payment; and then based on the public key system for the characteristics of mobile communications, from the engineering application point of view, through a combination of theory and practice to realize a seamless integration with the latest WAP specifications WPKI, and can be adapted to the safety of mobile e-commerce payment platform.
