Abstract :
In order to improve the deficiency of tourism management major that traditionally lays particular stress on arts, the authors take the chance of establishing the interdisciplinary experimental teaching center to discuss the innovative teaching system of specialized courses for bachelor and postgraduate of tourism management. Several years of practice on teaching reform proves the experimental teaching center of tourism management can help to inspire the students´ innovation spirit, cultivate innovative mind and improve innovative ability. Moreover, the different attention should be paid on teaching content and method according to various specialty training goals and levels. It concludes that more interdisciplinary courses should be designed in the specialized courses teaching and should be reflected in the teaching mode and experimental teaching so as to train the various levels of specialized talents of tourism management for the society.
