Abstract :
MOSAICSE, an advanced silicon bipolar technology (fT=25 GHz) has been used to develop digital and analog ICs for use in a 10 Gbit/s fiber-optic link. The resulting chipset which amounts to a total of 12 ICs consists of MUXes, DMUXes, a decision circuit (DEC), a dynamic divider (2:1), two different types of limiting amplifiers and mixers for clock extraction
