Abstract :
With the development of economic globalization and information technology, B2B trading platform is becoming more important. B2B trading platform has been the main form of expanding their visibility and distribution channels for SMEs. Meanwhile, B2B trading has brought a lot of problems, the main problem is that reliability. So the credit issue has become the bottleneck of B2B trading. In this paper we explored the dynamic credit based on the study of static credit. First, we confirm that dynamic credit is more reasonable that static credit. Second, we used the Hall´s theory and described dynamic credit system with the time dimension, the logic dimension and knowledge dimensional. The third, we conclude seven factors that affect dynamic credit. Through empirical analysis, we come to four categories components that affect dynamic credit of the seller in the process of B2B trading. They are the implementation of trading, enterprise management level, stability of credit and ability of innovation.
