Abstract
A multi-purpose row/column driver for panel Liquid Crystal Displays (LCD) has integrated in a standard unmodified low-voltage 2 μm CMOS process. Driving capability of 50 V @ 200 kHz data-in clock rate and internal bias high-voltage generation are the main features of the driver. The circuit architecture is such as to allow parallel as well as multiplexed LCD driver applications
