Abstract :
Construction machinery often composed by tens thousands of parts, the construction machinery parts supply chain is a complex and a typical supply chain which operations span is very large from development to procurement, production and sales. The rise of E-business has changed the traditional management mode of enterprise. It has offered the means for achieving effective parts supply chain management. The corresponding E-procurement model for parts procurement is built with the status of XinGong Construction Machinery Company. The E-procurement management model supplies an efficient way to optimize the management of the construction machinery supply chain.
