  • Abstract
    The research presented the concept of networked manufacturing mode. It aims to satisfy customerpsilas individual demands. The NMS (Networked Manufacturing System) has three-tier architecture: Customer Server-Web Server-Logic Server. It was developed under the mode of MVC(Model-View-Control), and techniques such as Javascript, JSP, SQL server 2000 were used. The NMS realizes two main functions: customization and cooperative design. By using Object-oriented Petri Net(OPN), the networked manufacturing process was simulated. The model of each object who takes part in network alliance was designed. From the P-invariant, system objectspsila properties such as deadlock, overflow and conflict can be analyzed. The analysis results indicate that the networked manufacturing is effective.
