Abstract
The free space Green\´s function for the time domain Maxwell equations in the 6D formulation is obtained. The integral equation for a boundary value problem is derived and the resolvent operator for a plasma half-space is constructed. Radiation transformation by newly created plasma is investigated. It is shown that transformed radiation of a point source is focused by a plasma plane boundary and this "time effect" looks like to that "spatial effects" in the negative refractive index material
