Abstract :
Closed system of equations for binary correlations of electromagnetic field and hydrodynamic medium (many component plasma) has been obtained and linearized near equilibrium. Ideal gas approximation was studied. Coupled hydrodynamic and transversal plasma waves for correlations of electromagnetic field was predicted
