Abstract :
This paper presents a design of 150GHz sub-harmonically pumped mixer using GaAs Schottky barrier diodes. The conversion loss of this mixer is below 10 dB over 22GHz(138.6-160.8GHz) RF bandwidth drived by LO of 10 dBm at 75GHz, with best performance of 6.7 dB acquired at 141.8GHz. The isolation are greater than 30dB between RF&LO ports and 50dB between LO&IF ports. Compact size and high isolation are realized by the LO&IF duplexer.
