Methodological fundamentals of engineering education

The work considers problems which are methodological fundamentals of engineering education. General tasks of higher education are discussed. The authors conclude that fundamental education must be inherent in technical universities. We discuss the basic principles of teaching in school and present recommendations for better organisation of the educational process. The basic requirements regarding teacher training during postgraduate study are formulated. These questions have to be solved by every teacher individually on the one hand, and by university departments, universities and the Ministry of Education on the other hand.
