Abstract
Chaos-control of an injection multi-quantum-well (MQW) laser is studied. A frequency modulator is used to modulate the frequency of an injection light, the chaotic laser can be suppressed in a stable state, a single-periodic state, a dual-periodic and multi-periodic states, respectively.
