Abstract :
The results of the development of a low noise amplifier with an input signal power limiter are presented. The topology and the circuit of the input power limiter are shown and the resulting characteristics are discussed. The application of a GaAs Schottky diode in combination with PIN-diodes has allowed an effective input power limiter to be developed for a MM-wave low noise amplifier.
