Abstract :
A dual-polarized microstrip array antenna is proposed in this paper. Multi-layer dielectric and mixed feeding which is based on the slot coupled feeding method and the co-plane feeding method are used to control different polarization. The antenna has a wide bandwidth, low cross-polarization level and high isolation. The results show that the vertical polarization and horizontal polarization is better than 11.48dB and 11.09dB respectively, the bandwidth is above 1GHz when VSWR≤2 and the isolation is below than -40dB, which has an ideal value for the wireless communication system.
