Abstract :
The characteristics of S-band low-noise amplifiers for use in space communication systems, with noise temperature not exceeding 60°K, are presented. LNA calculation methods, development and design have been carried out for various operating conditions. An optimum design has been developed, permitting multipurpose applications, as part of various equipment, and as separate RF units.
