Abstract
A DSP method is considered which can be applied to describe the dynamic behavior of a power system with the variable fundamental frequency. The method is based on integrating zero crossing (IZC) and quasisynchronous sample interpolation (QSI). Theoretical results are tested by simulation and confirmed be real life experiments. IZC application for power-line related noise rejection in DC and AC instruments is also discussed
