  • Abstract
    A series of microwave synthesizers intended for use in different types of electronic equipment is designed. The series of extra-small, broadband, frequency synthesizers is intended to operate in the temperature range -40 to +60°C with relative frequency instability of ±2.5×106. The structurally designed synthesizers are executed in universal two-level bodies with dimensions 100×70×25 mm and are functionally-complete devices.
