Abstract
The results of research and development of average power eight-millimeter band TWT with cylindrical coupled cavities (CCC) with positive inductive coupling are given. The influence of geometrical dimensions on bandwidth, amplification factor, single and double section TWT of millimeter-waveband (MWB) efficiency are investigated. The pack design of experimental TWT with output power of 5 W and amplification factor of 30 dB is described
