Abstract
The stock holding company “International Concern of Satellite Communication” (KOSS) was incorporated in 1991 as the organizational structure which combined the scientists and leading specialists of a number of enterprises of the former military industrial complex of the CIS countries. The rich intellectual and technical potential of KOSS allows us not only to carry out research and development but also to realize complicated applications in the field of radio electronic, communication systems and instruments engineering. KOSS has the corresponding state licenses for the realization of state orders
