Abstract :
Various types of radiation effects generated by electrons moving along periodic heterogeneities have found wide applications in EHF electronics. Results of investigating resonant open electrodynamic systems with metal-dielectric structures (MDS) are presented. The obtained data may be used in the design of new versions of EHF amplifier and oscillator devices.
