Abstract :
Multilevel coded modulation scheme in adaptive OFDM system is discussed. Set partitioning-based on the asymmetric constellation has been used in this scheme to meet unequal error protection. The combination between multilevel coded modulation and adaptive technique can greatly improve the performance of the system. Simulation results have demonstrated the good performance of this proposed scheme which an intended bit error rate can be assured and the different quality of service can be met in data transmission.
