Abstract
As is known stuttering is a temporal disorder of speech on CNS level. But in theory of speech the higher, cognition level is described by classical phonology what is formal symbolic system without time. Our purpose is to introduce the time relations on cognition level of speech production and to explain some effects of stuttering therapy. The way for achievement of this purpose, by our opinion, is to attempt to describe the speech generation in terms of neurodynamics. As has appeared it probably to rich it in terms of durations of speech segments received by help of feature “Voice/Unvoice”
