Abstract
Image processing is widely used in many fields. Discrete Wavelet Transform is an useful tool in signal and image processing, but because of it´s limit of coefficients reveal only three spatial orientations: horizontal, vertical, and diagonal, phase information cannot be collected fully. Projection-based complex wavelet transform works good in directional enhance with shift-insensitive and explicit phase information. It employed projection-based complex wavelet transform to do experiments for image dissection in every direction. The result shows the method works better in image dissection and image reconstruction completely.
