Abstract :
We report on a novel harmonic mixer circuit configuration. The mixer employs a novel 180° out of face hybrid using suspended strip line and rectangular waveguide. The shielded microstrip line is optimized and LO amplifier and LO &IF diplexer are integrated. We get good result of conversion loss less than 51 dB.
