Abstract :
In order to study the back door effects of High Power Microwave (HPM) on microwave mixer, a single balanced microwave mixer utilizing Schottky diode is designed in this paper. According to this design, the hybrid analysis method based on Advanced Design System (ADS) and High Frequency Simulator Structure (HFSS) is used to explore the research, which can provide a reference for engineering design of anti-High Power Microwave (anti-HPM). Besides, we can also apply this method to study the back door effects on other device.
