Abstract :
A new artificial neural network method for solving environment economics load dispatch (EELD) is presented. The new neural network improves existing neural networks for solving these problems, that is, it avoids the parameter turning problem, is capable of achieving the exact solutions despite of whether the initial point is in the feasible region. The essay has illustrated an example of a test system of 3 units to prove the correctness and validity of the new method.
