Abstract
Image mosaicing has been collecting considerable attention in the field of computer vision and photogrammetry. Feature based on image mosaics requires the integration of feature detection, feature matching, motion parameters estimation, and image stitching. In this paper, we present an automated mosaicing technique for generating mosaics from microscope images. And we introduce the SIFT feature detection into image mosaicing. Solve the problem that the microscope such as view smallness and being unable to observe the full pathological image. And this method is insensitive to the orientation, scale and illumination of the images.
