Abstract :
The temperature of the medium oil in the super-high pressure kettle is one key control parameter for the test apparatus of the super-deep well environment. The process of heating the medium oil is a complicated process of heat transferring among multi-medium, which is of the large time delay, uncertainly of control system, etc. Based on the sufficient manually operation experiences through the theoretical derivation and simulations and using the theory and technology of intelligent control and optimal control, a human-simulating and intelligent distributing optimal control system is designed. That system has been applied in the test apparatus and the fairly good effects are achieved. It satisfies the requirements of the controlling system, i.e., quickness, stability, self- adaptability and robust performance.
