Abstract :
The problem of scattering electromagnetic waves from a radiating aperture by a system of high-Q dielectric resonators (DR) in free space is considered. General expressions are presented for calculating both the amplitudes of coupled oscillations and also the scattered field in the wave zone of the resonator system. The model developed gives analytical expressions for the wave zone field radiated by the system of coupled dielectric resonators. The expressions obtained are convenient for developing computing facilities for modelling the resonant dielectric antennas for the microwave and millimetre wave frequency bands.
