AR-browser: active reading for WWW contents

In utilizing the information printed in papers, it is often the case that we put underlines, add comments, and draw illustrations in order to make the information more accessible and informative. This kind of activity in reading printed documents is called Active Reading. AR-brower enables a user to perform active reading for Web pages.
