Abstract :
Comparative analysis performed by means of the merit figure of about 80 electronically controllable microwave integrated phase shifters, which had been recently reported in the literature, is presented. Results of the analysis allowed a conclusion to be made about the efficiency of using different controlling devices to design phase shifters with higher figure of merit.
