Abstract :
The construction of microstrip models of bandpass filters based on superlattices with different laws of permittivity constant change on the interface between the layers are investigated. It is shown that responses do not depend on the form of interface when thickness of transient region is less than 1/4 of structure period. Quasistatic analysis of one-dimensional microstrip models agrees with experiment well.
