Abstract
The paper reports the advance in the design of the proposed duplication scheme to provide more tape speeds and compatibility with various drum configurations. It includes an introduction to MPEG2 and consumer digital VCR, a detailed description of the proposed method, and the computer simulation results. The hardware requirements are also discussed
