Abstract :
The present paper concerns a way to calculate a non-uniform planar line (NPL) transfer matrix at which width the strip changes under any law along the length under condition of distribution to line quasi-T waves within the quasistatic approach. The method allows us to take into account the increase of NPL regional capacity at change of width of a planar element. Settlement expressions are characterized with simplicity of programming; they provide accuracy comprehensible for practical calculations and computer calculation is 3 times less in comparison with methods of final elements.
