Abstract
This paper deals with the realization of turntable kinematics property testing system (TKTS) based on virtual instrument. For the accuracy of high precision three-axis turntable is an important guarantee to the validity of aviation simulation results, it is necessary to realize the automatic test for turntablepsilas kinematics properties of position accuracy, speed accuracy, acceleration accuracy and bandwidth. Thus, the TKTS was designed and realized, taking PXI as the central part and combining the turntablepsila s input and output interface. First, the design and hardware selection of TKTS were proposed, and the testing accuracy was detailedly analyzed. Then, the self-test, calibration, data sampling and processing function and the software workflow were discussed in detail. Finally, the applying results of TKTS were given. With the turntablepsilas kinematics properties unchanged, TKTS realized automatic testing and calibration, and improved the test efficiency and accuracy.
