Abstract :
This paper introduces a 12GHz single-balance mixer applied to automotive collision warning radar based on rat-race structure. The simulated results show that Mixer has 8dB conversion loss as local oscillator input 7dBm power in the 12.1GHz, VSWR of RF port is less than 2, and the isolation of LO-IF and RF-IF are more than 30dB respectively. It will satisfy the requirements of application.
